Instalando PostgreSQL 8.2 en un Win XP SP2 tube el siguiente problema, donde al momento de casi finalizar la instalacion me salía un dialogo con el siguiente mensaje:
“Failed to set permissions on the installed files Please see the log file in C:\Archivos de programa\PostgreSQL\8.2\tmp\pgperm.log”
Despues de aceptar realizaba un rollback de la instalación y volvía [...]
